Arbortech has introduced a new serial tag format across its chip body product line to simplify ownership and maintenance for customers. The redesigned  chip body serial​tag improves identification, streamlines parts and service tracking, and integrates seamlessly with Arbortech’s internal systems.

Why Did Arbortech Change the Chip Body Serial Tag?

Losing paper copies of warranties or struggling to locate the correct information on a website can be a hassle and a source of stress. We wanted to save everyone valuable time and reduce any unnecessary frustration. The idea for this improvement actually came from one of our dedicated employees who recognized the need for a more efficient system.

The upgraded chip bodyserial tags are crafted from durable metal, ensuring they are just as robust as our truck bodies. This means that in addition to the enhanced convenience, you can trust these tags to withstand the rigors of daily operations and maintain their legibility for years to come. The serial tag location for Arbortech Chip Bodies will remain consistent, found on the front curbside face of the chip body. For standalone L-boxes or Underbody Boxes, you can locate your serial tag on the inside of the front panel of the curbside box.
